About the Role

OMG Education seeks an experienced and visionary Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of educational programs that empower learners to achieve academic excellence. As the Curriculum Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational direction of our institution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and relevant curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development:

● Lead the design and enhancement of educational programs that align with industry standards, learner needs, and institutional goals.

Educational Innovation:

● Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and educational advancements to drive curriculum design and delivery innovation.

● Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the curriculum development team.

Staff Leadership and Development:

● Manage and guide a team of teachers, ensuring cohesion, collaboration, and professional growth.

● Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

● Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with real-world demands.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● A relevant degree in education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.

● Proven experience in curriculum management, preferably in an educational institution.

● Strong understanding of educational pedagogies, learning theories, and assessment strategies.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
